These Terms & Conditions govern the collaboration between Nexamadeira and its clients.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all advisory and support services provided by Nexamadeira in connection with relocating to and starting a new life on Madeira.
2. Description of services
Nexamadeira supports clients with government procedures, documents, registrations, and deadlines — predominantly under a power of attorney granted by the client, and with personal accompaniment on site where needed or legally required. A granted power of attorney applies exclusively to the specific engagement agreed on, is limited in time, and is never used for any other purpose. This expressly does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice under the respective professional regulations.
3. Formation of contract
A contract is formed through mutual confirmation of the agreed service, e.g. following a no-obligation consultation.
4. Pricing & payment

5. Client obligations
The client provides all documents and information required for processing completely and in a timely manner.
6. Liability
Nexamadeira is liable for intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for decisions made by Portuguese authorities or processing times of third parties.
